The website is managed by Aero-Park, the operational name for the organisation which brings together the two distinct legal entities (referred to as ‘we’ from now on).

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this site by any third party.

We aim to update our site regularly, and may change the content at any time.

Linking to and from our website

We welcome and encourage other websites to link to the information that is hosted on these pages, and you don’t have to ask permission to link to this website.  We reserve the right to change our website URLs at any time.

However, we don’t give you permission to suggest that your website is associated with, or endorsed by, Aero-Park..

Some information in relation to the constituent bodies of Aero-Park is available on other websites. Access to the content hosted on the legacy websites is subject to the terms and conditions applicable to those sites.

We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources, and accept no responsibility for their content or reliability or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.  We do not necessarily endorse the views expressed within those other sites. Passwords

On occasion you may be asked to choose, or be provided with a password or other log in details to access parts of our sites. As a minimum, passwords you set for Aero-Park systems and tools must have a level of complexity which ensures they cannot be easily guessed by hackers or malicious software.  They should:

  • Be at least eight characters long.
  • Not contain your user name, real name, or organisation name.
  • Not contain a complete word.
  • Be significantly different from previous passwords.
  • Contains a mixture of characters including, upper case, lower case, numbers and symbols found on the keyboard (e.g. {, !, %, *, etc.)

Passwords must not under any circumstances be shared with anyone.

For increased security consider using a passphrase.

Social media and interactive services

We may from time to time provide third party or owned social media and interactive services on our site or linked to our site, currently this includes and is not limited to:

  • Twitter – for sharing news and participating in conversations with users
  • Blogs– to share the opinions of Aero-Park staff and other key figures
  • Discussion Forums – for participation in conversations with users
  • LinkedIn
  • RSS feeds – for sharing news
  • Social bookmarking – to allow users to share our content more easily on popular social media platforms

We have no obligation to oversee, monitor or moderate any interactive services we provide from our site, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of these interactive services by a user in contravention of these terms, whether the service is moderated or not.

The use of any of our interactive services by a minor is subject to the consent of their parent or guardian. Governing law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbie. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Serbie.

General

We accept no liability for any failure to comply with these terms and conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we waive any rights available to us under these terms and conditions on one occasion, this does not means that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion.

If any of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the remaining terms and conditions shall nevertheless continue in full force.
